The pricing and charges presented in the Product Information Statement are reflective of your post code. If multiple products are displayed on the product information statements it is because more than one local network company services your post code, and if there is more than one applicable tariff within your post code. When we provide you with a quotation or transfer your electricity to Neighbourhood Energy, we will obtain more information from you to identify the product that applies to you. The prices displayed are effective from 14th February, 2008. Please see our Customer Charter for our standard Terms and Conditions.

Product Details
You are NOT locked into a Fixed Term Contract or charged an exit fee.You can terminate your Account at any time by giving us 10 business days notice in writing and transfer to another retailer, or request a disconnection. Electricity prices are determined by the electricity distribution network area and by configuration of your site. From time to time we may need to vary our rates to reflect any changes with the government gazetted rates, network charges or Consumer Price Index. You will receive at least 30 days written notice of thisIf you hold a Victorian Pensioner Concession Card, a Health Care Card (except child disability) or a Repatriation Health Card (Gold Card – except dependant) issued by the Department of Veterans’ Affairs, you may be eligible for a government-funded concession.When you pay your bill by the due date, you will receive a 10% pay-on-time discount. You may donate your 10% pay-on-time discount to a Community Partner of your choice.
