Neighbourhood Energy has a secure internet page to accept electronic bill payments from Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard.
All you need is your account number and the amount to pay, both of which can be found on your bill.
If you would like to switch to email billing or direct debit bill payment download the request form, complete the details and fax to us on 9523 6949 or post to Neighbourhood Energy, PO Box 171, Elsternwick 3185.
